USAGE OF THE SERVICES
Membership is free and open to everyone.
The usage of this service is not goverened by regular Japanese Travel Law. |

MAKING RESERVATION
Our service application is accepted only from online through
the Yado Plaza internet site, and not by any other means
such as telephone, fax, or e-mail. |
| 3. |
COMPLETION OF BOOKING
When the reservation is completed, a comfirmation number
will be issued. Print out the confirmation sheet or write
the confirmation number down to show the hotel on your check-in. |

CHANGE OF RESERVATION
To change the reservation, cancel the present reservation at first,
then make a new reservation. |
| 5. |
CANCELLATION
To cancel the reservation, go to "Cancellation/Changes" page and cancel it from there.
Cancellation received through internet will be accepted
upto midnight of the day prior to the check-in date. For
on-the-day cancellation, please inform to the hotel directly.
Cancellation charge differs according to each hotel's regulations.
Payment of cancellation fee should be made directly to the hotel. |

NO SHOW
When there is a no-show, the penalty charge varies according
to each hotel's regulations, no show charge should be paid
to the hotel directly. When no show occurs intentionally,
or when it is deemed a violation of the membership privilege,
NTA reserves the right to revoke the membership. |

PRIVACY
Yado Plaza will keep the member's personal confidential information
and will supply it only to the hotel. We may, however,
disclose the information only with member's consent or whenever
required by Law. |

CHANGE OF MEMBERSHIP DETAILS
Your membership details can be changed from "Update" page. Yado Plaza cannot be held responsible
for any damage caused by incorerct data provided by member. |

PROHIBITION
Member is prohibited to act following manners:
A. infringement of other members.
B. hinder our services
C. act in a way that Yado Plaza regards as unsuitable. |

RESERVATION SYSTEM
Yado Plaza has the right to change the reservation system without any notice. |

CHANGE OF THE GUIDE AND REGULATIONS
This Membership Guide and Regulations may change without any notice, thus please read them for each
time before making a new reservation. |

RESPONSIBILITY AND DISCLAIMER
1. Yado Plaza is responsible for the damage caused by its
negligence during booking: such as when the information of
a reservation request fails to reach to the hotel.
2. Members must inform any damages to Yado Plaza within one
month after it occurs.
3.The maximum amount of compensation is no more than the
"system usage fee" paid by the hotel, unless it is an intentional
or serious error caused by NTA.
4. Yado Plaza is not responsible for any damages caused by
actions of the members nor the hotels.
5. Yado Plaza carries the information provided by each hotel
and is not responsible for its reliablity.
6. Contract of the reservation is made between members and
hotels according to the hotel's contract law. Yado Plaza
is not bound by that contract. |

DISPUTE
Whenever a dispute occurs between a member and Yado Plaza, it should be resolved amiably among the parties.
If an arrangement cannot be reached, the dispute will be heard at The Tokyo District Court. |

EFFECTIVE
This membership regulation will be effective from November 1, 2000. |
