1.CHECK AVAILABILITY & BOOKING
How can I check room availability?
  1. Click on "Hotel Search " or "Ryokan Search" on top page.
  2. Select your request(city, Check-in-Date, number of nights, number of people, type of room, and number of rooms.
  3. Click your preference such as 'no smoking room' from the Step2 Your preference.
  4. Click "Availability".
  5. Available hotels will be listed.(in order from expensive to low price)
How can I make a reservation?
  1. First, register as a member of "YADOPLAZA".(free of charge)
  2. Select the hotel you wish to stay from the list.
  3. Enter your request(Name, Tel, Check-in Time,Number of people etc.)
  4. Review your request,whether it is correct.
  5. Click "Reservation"
When is my reservation completed?
Right after your clicking "Reservation"button, a hotel confirmation with its number will appear on the screeen.
At the same time a confirmation message will be transmitted to you through e-mail.
How can I check my reservation?
You can check your reservation status by log-in at "My Record".
For instance, the record will show a cancellation if you've recently cancelled.
Is there any blackout-day or any time period for on-line inquiry or reservation?
No,there isn't.
Inquiry and reservation can be made 24 hours a day , 365 days a year.
How many days ahead,can I start making a reservation?
6 months in advance.
Can I reserve a room on the-day?
Yes, you can.
Reservation can be made till midnight of the day.
How many nights can I reserve at once?
9 nights maximum.
How many rooms can I reserve at once?
10 rooms, if room the type is the same and available.

2. CANCELLATION & CHANGES
How can I cancel the reservation?
Click "Cancellation&Changes" on the top, and log-in.
Your record is shown, and then click "Cancellation" button.
Cancellation notice e-mail will be transferred to you.
If you must cancel on the actual of your stay, please contact to the hotel directly.
How can I change the date of my reservation?
Click "Cancellation&Changes" on the top, and log-in.
Cancel the present reservation first and make a new booking with the new date.
(this is due to the fact that room rates flucuate according to the date and the season.)
How can I change the number of people for my reservation?
Log-in at"Cancellation & Confirmation" and click "change"button.

3. CHARGES
  How the charge is described?
The charge is shown in Japanese Yen (JPY) including service charge but excluding tax (5% consumption tax and some other local tax such as Tokyo Hotel Tax, or local spa tax).
How should I make the payment?
Pay to the hotel directly by credit card or cash.
How much is the cancellation charge?
The cancellation charge differs depending on each hotel.
Please read the hotel's cancellation policy carefully. Hotel, not us, will charge your credit card directly.

4. MEMBERSHIP REGISTATION
What's should I do when I forget my password?
Click "Forgot Password?"on the top page and enter your e-mail address.
E-mail with your password will be transferred to you.
How can I cancel the membership?
Click "Contact Us" on the top page and send e-mail to yado_info@nta.co.jp to cancel your membership.
How can I change the membership profile?
Click "Update" on the top page then click "Change membership details" .
Enter new details and then click "Change".
Why does't my membership notice come?
Your e-mail address may be wrong.
Notice of your membership email will be transferred within 10 minutes after your registration.
Advise us your correct e-mail address to yado_info@nta.co.jp.
How much is the membership of "Yado Plaza"?
No charge.

5. SECURITY
Is my private information secured?
We assure you that our web site is authentic and that all transactions are secured by SSL encryption. In addition, you are protected by VeriSign Inc. when you make a reservation on YADOPLAZA.

6. RYOKAN(Japanese Inn)
How can I obtain the information on "How to stay in a Ryokan?"
Please click "What's Ryokan?" at the top page of "Using this site".
How is the child's rate different at a Ryokan?
It differs as follows:
Child A (3-11 yrs.); Less amount meals (Japanese)
Child B (3-11 yrs.) ; Kid's meals
Infant (0-2 yrs.); No meals, nor futon (bed)
